Securing a storage unit is simple. We require a
$15 refundable security deposit
on all storage rentals that is returned upon provision of a 15-day written notice to vacate. Your account must be in good standing and the unit must be left clean.
All rent is due on the 1st day of the month
and is delinquent if not received by the 5th day. New tenants will receive a prorated rent amount for their 2nd month of rent. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders and cash and all payments are due in advance. We also offer automatic bill payment services, allowing for your card on file to be automatically charged on the 1st of every month.
While most common household goods and belongings can be stored at our facility, we prohibit the following materials to be stored
for the safety of you, our tenants, and your stored items. These include flammables, fuels, ammunition, paints, explosives, animals, improperly packaged foods, perishable goods or any inherently dangerous materials.
